The Daily Digest

The latest KSTP-TV/Survey USA poll in Minnesota's governor's race shows it as a dead heat. Democrat Mark Dayton leads Republican Tom Emmer by one percentage point in the latest poll.

The poll comes just hours after Emmer's campaign ripped a poll done by MPR and the U of M that showed Dayton with a larger lead.

All three candidates will appear on TPT's Almanac tonight.

Dayton and DFL Rep. Jim Oberstar spoke before a DFL rally of 800 people on the Iron Range. You can listen to their speeches here.
