Democrat Mark Dayton and Independence Party candidate Tom Horner will debate the issues in Alexandria tonight.
Republican Tom Emmer won't attend the debate. He's campaigning in Faribault, Mankato, Albert Lea and Rochester today.
Emmer will be in Winona, Le Crescent, Red Wing and Inver Grove Heights on Tuesday.

IP candidates Tom Horner holds a news conference this morning and will then appear on MPR's Midday at 11am.
