A new poll shows that the race for governor is tightening. The KSTP-TV/Survey USA poll shows Democrat Mark Dayton slightly ahead of Republican Tom Emmer but the poll shows Independence Party candidate Tom Horner picking up ground.

Horner will release his jobs plan later today.
