Gov. Pawlenty cut back the $1 billion bonding bill to $686 million. He took the action from his offices in St. Paul on Sunday night after returning from Florida. He was back in Florida on Monday to speak at a fundraiser fro the Republican Governors Association. A spokesman for his PAC says Pawlenty's PAC paid for the trip.
