Republican National Committeewoman backs Seifert.
Evie Axdahl, a national committeewoman for the Republican Party, is backing Marty Seifert's run for governor. Axdahl is a big endorsement for Seifert since she's been a national committeewoman since 1989.

SAINT PAUL - Marty Seifert's campaign for governor announced their Women for Seifert Metro Leadership Team today.
Seifert said, "With precinct caucuses just over a week away, our campaign continues to pick up momentum. I am honored to receive the support of these outstanding leaders, who are very well respected in the Republican Party and in their local communities. A winning campaign must have broad grassroots support and the necessary financial resources, and I am confident our campaign will continue to build on this momentum."
