Seifert wins straw poll

State Rep. Marty Seifert of Marshall won the straw poll of Republican Party activists at today's GOP State Party Convention. State Representative Tom Emmer was second. Former State Auditor Pat Anderson was third. State Sen. David Hann was fourth. None was fifth and State Rep. Paul Kohls was sixth.

I'll post the totals later.

Seifert won with 37 percent of the vote. Emmer received 23 percent. Anderson won 14 percent. Hann received 12 percent.
