Judge dismisses lawsuit against Coleman donor
The news out of Texas today is that a Houston judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought against a prominent donor to former Sen. Norm Coleman. One of the accusations in the civil case against Nasser Kazeminy was that he had funneled money to Coleman through a company that employed the GOP senator's wife.
