Survey USA: Obama up, Senate race close

The latest Survey USA poll has Barack Obama up six percentage points over John McCain in its latest poll of Minnesota. The last Survey USA poll had McCain with a 1 point lead.

Meanwhile, GOP Sen. Norm Coleman and DFLer Al Franken are in a statistical dead heat. The last poll (taken in early October) showed Coleman with a ten point lead.

I find it hard to believe the Polls and people who run them. They never seem to get the questions right. I know in the next day or so there will be a poll, kstp or star or other place, with a question like:

“If this was an election with just Franken and Coleman who would you choose”,

We get these talking heads then saying that Barkley is taking support from one or the other. Could it not be that Coleman or Franken is taking support from Barkley?

So someone, anyone, have a poll that asks that question:”If your choice was Barkley and Franken who would you choose?” – Or Barkley and Coleman.
