18 candidates are running for the U.S. Senate - 6 DFLers (Al Franken, Priscilla Lord Faris and former I-P candidate Robert Fitzgerald are in the field), 7 I-P members (including former I-P Chair Jack Uldrich and former Sen. Dean Barkley), 2 Republicans (GOP Sen. Norm Coleman and fugitive Jack Shepard), Constitution member James Niemackl and Libertarian member Charles Aldrich.

Interesting tidbits.

Priscilla Lord Faris said she donated to Al Franken's campaign.
