MPR's Curtis Gilbert says Ashwin Madia win the DFL endorsement in Minnesota's 3rd Congressional District.  On the eighth ballot Terri Bonoff dropped out on the eighth ballot and threw her support behind Madia.  She will not run in a primary.  Madia will now face likely Republican nominee Erik Paulsen and I-P candidate David Dillon.
